Work Suitability

1.0 work suitability Lv1-10. Each pal has different suitability for each work type.

How to raise:

• Condense: each star raises one work level, full stars raise all. Max 48 pals (4/8/12/24)
• Pal Souls: still exist, used for statue enhancement
• Pal Effigies (formerly Lifmunk Effigies): used for statue upgrades

Work Priority

When a pal has multiple work suitabilities, it auto-selects by priority. Use the Monitoring Stand to disable specific work.

Monitoring Stand

Unlocks at level 15. Disable specific work for specific pals, preventing high-tier pals from being stuck on low-tier tasks.

1.0 work speed bonuses stack:

• Passives: Work Slave +75%, Artisan +20%, Divine Blessing +15%, Dexterity of Hand +15%, Lucky +15%

Resource proximity

When choosing a base location, consider resource proximity to reduce pal transport time:

• Early: near berry patches and water for food supply
• Mid: near ore nodes (stone, coal, iron) for metal output
• Late: near ancient ruins and World Tree entrance for endgame resources
• Avoid: steep slopes, mid-water, hostile pal dense areas
